No Solicitation is currently available. All information contained in this Sources Sought Announcement is preliminary, as well as subject to modification, and is in no way binding on the Government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The information requested will be used solely within the Department of Veterans Affairs to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the Government. The determination of a procurement strategy, based upon the comments submitted in response to this Sources Sought Announcement, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541350 Building Inspection Services and the small business size standard is $8.0 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) is requesting information from contractors that can provide Repair Fire Doors at Mather and Martinez VA Clinics, California. A draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this notice. Brief Description of Services The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and necessary supervision to make all fire doors, fire rated frames complaint per EC.02.03.05 EP25 at Mather and Martinez VAs. Mather VA: (Buildings: 700, 650 and 726) 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655 Martinez Outpatient Clinic (Buildings: 19 and 22) 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. See attached Draft Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance (POP): 90 Days ARO All interested contractors must respond by email to pablo.cunanan@va.gov no later than 1:00 PM PST on 31 January 2023. No telephone calls will be entertained.
