Statement of Work Department of Veterans Affairs 570-23-1-555-0003 Background The Pathology Lab Automatic Tissue Processors is designed to tests patient tissue and analyzed internal body parts. 2. Scope The On-Site Preventive Maintenance Service include Evaluation, Calibration and Phone Support There no VA sensitive information exchange or store on this equipment, Background Investigation is not Required. 3. Objectives The On-Site Preventive Maintenance service, the vendor shell provides maintenance coverage and replacement parts on the component of these devices. A Service Report must be provided to the VA Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist, Inspection will be perform doing the time of services and completion. 4. Tasks The following shall be performing, alignment of the optic and sensor calibration on all moving parts. Consumable Parts and Accessories are not covered. 5. Delivery Contractors supply all the testing tools for the task. All service is conducted between 08:30 a.m. and 16:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 6.
