Everything else remains the same. ~*~ This RFQ is a set-aside for SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). An offeror must be registered and verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at time of quotation submission and at time of award (https://vetbiz.va.gov/) and must meet federal small business size standards for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)code assigned to this solicitation. See the attached SF1449 and Instrument List for details. Questions must be emailed to krystal.zoufaly@va.gov no later than five business days before the quote due date. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. The Government may address questions as amendments to this RFQ.
