The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to identify companies capable providing Operation and Maintenance of buildings and structures to meet requirements of the included SOW. The Contractor shall have no more than five COR documented customer complaints per month, per section at all project and facility request levels. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on or around December 1, 2022. The period of performance will consist of a one-year base period plus 4 option years. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 561210 with Small Business size of $41.5M million. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement.
