The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 hereby provides notice of its intent to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to HurtVet Subcontracting, LLC. The contract is expected to be awarded in accordance with VAAR 819.7007 and 38 U.S.C. 8127(c). The contract to HurtVet Subcontracting, LLC will provide construction services to replace existing Fire Alarm System for the Menlo Park, California, VA Health Care System. NAICS code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (SBA Size Standard $39.5 Million), The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
