The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to determine potential sources that possess the skills, capabilities, and experience necessary to provide Industrial Hygiene Services: Air Monitoring and Asbestos Testing for VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304. The performance period is anticipated to include a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years for a firm fixed price contract. (iv) This acquisition is a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. In order to be eligible for award the vendor must be registered in the VetBiz database. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package.
