NAICS Code 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Public Law, P.L. 109-461 Veterans First Contracting. No solicitation will be issued.
