Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), on behalf of Central California Health Care System, has a requirement for wireless (WiFi) network cards to upgrade current ZOLL Series R and X defibrillators. This solicitation will be a total set-aside for Small Businesses (SBSA) only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM).  This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer brand name or equal products. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. This is a Brand Name Only requirement.  VA s Gray Market Items terms and conditions apply pursuant to VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and VAAR 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition. Vendor must be able to provide the documentation that demonstrates such aforementioned authority. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead, and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted.   The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334510 Defibrillators manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about 7 September 2022 and will be distributed solely through the SAM website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about 14 September 2022 with responses due to Brian K.
