The VA Community Base Outpatient Clinic located at 45 Mohouli Street, 1st Floor Hilo Hawaii, 96720 has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26122Q1052 to procure Janitorial Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the Hilo CBOC location as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This firm-fixed price solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.106 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 561720 Janitorial Services. Please see RFQ document 36C26122Q1052 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26122Q1052. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
