Scope: The incumbent will provide a product that is technically equivalent (or product with superior specifications) of three (3) C18210-180T-M1.1-S2-N5-G10-R6, Certainty 18 bay, 2x4210, Dual OS, 4xGbe, 5yr NBDOS-180TB SATA-32GB E-RD-Ser19 (20C)- 10GbE SFP+ Dual Port-T1000-Raid 6 servers to the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System. VA s Gray Market Items terms and conditions apply pursuant to VAAR 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and VAAR 852.212-72 Gray Market and Counterfeit Items. As a result, vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition.
