The contract will be for a one (1) year base period and four (4) option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 531120: Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (Except Mini warehouses), with a small business size standard of $30M. The FSC/PSC is W081: Lease or Rental of Equipment- Containers, Packaging, And Packing Supplies. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for the 20 Standard Tri Cam Containers to Mobile Mini, Inc, 4646 E Van Buren St Ste 400, Phoenix, AZ 85008-6927. There are no other source of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements. Mobile Mini, Inc is the only vendor identified that can provide the requested Conex rentals that meet VA Sierra Nevada health care specifications. There are no other company that were identified that can meet this requirement. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule.
