Contractor shall provide a 1st year cleaning of the Surge/Condensate and Dearating Boiler Water Feed Tanks and an annual and semiannual maintenance on three York Shipley boilers mated to (3) Power Flame Burners Located at the Las Vegas VA Medical Center’s Energy Plant. For the first year only, Contractor must perform comprehensive cleaning of the Condensate and DA tank and replacement of spray nozzles located inside of the DA TANK. Contractor will also perform a comprehensive cleaning of the 3 York Shipley fire tube boilers and tuning on natural gas and fuel oil of (3) Power Flame Burners as required by the manufacturer recommendation or as established by the VA standard. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, supervision, confined space, Lockout Tag outs, Hot Work Permits and equipment necessary to complete this project. All the associated equipment’s are in the Central Energy Plant Building #2 at the Veteran’s Hospital on 6900 North Pecos, North Las Vegas, Nevada.
