The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to identify companies capable providing a Technical and Maintenance Support Service Agreement that includes factory service, labor, parts, and shipping for the MiPACS Dental Enterprise System. Maintenance Services shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (NCHCS). All services shall be provided in accordance with the SOW specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. tasks in keeping with industry standard to meet requirements of the included SOW and the minimum task frequencies establish herein. The Contractor shall have no more than five COR documented customer complaints per month, per section.at all project and facility request levels. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on or around September 21, 2022. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 811219 with Small Business size of $22 million.
