The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market research to identify companies capable providing an upgrade to the most current Victor software to manage, store and download video footage from associated NVRs tasks in keeping with industry standard to meet requirements of the included SOW and the minimum task frequencies establish herein. The Contractor shall have no more than five COR documented customer complaints per month, per section.at all project and facility request levels. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on or around September 21, 2022. The period of performance will consist of 9 months . There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 511210 with Small Business size of $41.5M million. NOTE: Please ensure that System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement.
