Network Contracting Office 21 anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to L1 Enterprises, Inc. NAICS Code 334510 - Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(c) sole source contracts for contracts above the simplified acquisition threshold. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government.
