What hardware, if any, will need to be updated on the kiosks themselves? Windows embedded, model# GB-BXi3-4010/ Gigabyte We utilize Mapsted Wayfinding Solution which is a SaaS (Software as a Subscription) product. This platform allows us to utilize existing kiosks with a web based solution potentially making the replacement of internal hardware unnecessary. The platform also allows for Veterans to scan a QR code on the kiosk display to take the map with them as either a web-based map or IOS/Android mobile app. Question: Would the VA be willing to utilize a SaaS product for this project Long as we have access for doing minor announcements or updates ( construction in process, the following is closed etc) Question: Will accurate floorplans be provided for the development of new maps? Yes, we will provide all floor plans Question: Is this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services? This is a new requirement.
