Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Officer (NCO 21) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price contract with VendNovation LLC for a one year only Pharmacy Harm Vendor Machine and Software Subscription package with training and installation. The procurement is on behalf of the VA San Francisco Medical Center (VASFMC), San Francisco CA for the Harm Reduction Vending Machine Pilot Program. This sole source action is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no competitive solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the Government s requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer for consideration. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above for the requested products. The solicitation for this action will be posted to beta.sam.gov on or about July 13, 2022, and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition. Please keep in mind that patient care and choice in the decision is the highest priority to the VA. Failure to provide the required information may result in a determination that your company is not a viable source.
