The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing items/ components for the Stryker RemB at VA Palo Alto Health Care System at 3801 Miranda Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304. REQUIRED ITEMS: HUDSON/MODIFIED TRINKLE REAMER This is an adapter piece that is used with the Stryker RemB system. Small Bone Perforated - This is a component that is used with the drill. RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 339113 and Small Business Size Standard 750 Employees Authorized Distributor letter (If applicable) If not the manufacturer, a statement that the business will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities.
