The Government intends on awarding a Firm Fixed Price single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for five years. THIS RFQ SHALL BE FULL AND OPEN UNRESTRICTED TO ALL BUSINESSES. The scope of the requirement includes: F18-FDG F18-NaF Amyvid/Neuraceq STAT fees for same day orders Contractor must be licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) or NRC Agreement State and be regularly established in the business of providing radiopharmaceuticals. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, size standard 1,250 employees. The estimated maximum dollar value for the proposed contract is $1.5 million. The government makes no representation as to the number of task orders or actual amount of work to be ordered; however, during the term of the contract, a minimum of $3,000 is guaranteed for the awardee. There are no additional minimum guarantees. The solicitation will be available on or about June 02, 2022 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov).
