Sources Sought Notice For HCHV Sacramento - Emergency Housing The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Emergency Housing for VA beneficiaries in the VA Northern California Heath Care System. The proposed NAICS Code is 624229, Other Community Housing Services. This program will provide residential substance use/misuse treatment and be located in Sacramento County California (See PWS Addendum 1 Zip Codes) and will be for between 8 and 12 beds for men and/or women (starting with 10 beds).
