Sources Sought Notice For Neuromonitoring- San Francisco VAMC The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 21 is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring and Evoked Potential Services in the Operating Room for beneficiaries in the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center Area. The proposed NAICS is 621399- Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners Services Provided: The Contractor shall provide an Intraoperative Monitoring Specialist (IOM) under Surgical Service to perform Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring and Evoked Potential services in the Operating Room at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California 94121 (SFVAMC) on an as needed basis.
