This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 21- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Radiopharmaceuticals for a period of performance of 5 years at VA Palo Alto Health Care System at 3801 Miranda Ave. Palo Alto, CA 94304. Radiopharmaceuticals are used as a diagnostic tool in the evaluation of organ function and certain disease processes including but not limited to detection and/or staging of cancers, coronary artery disease, cardiac viability, facetogenic disease. Required PET-Radiopharmaceuticals: 18F-FDG 18F-NaF 18F Florbetapir (Amyvid) or 18F Florbetaben (Neuraceq) RESPONSES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company Name, Address, Size Standard, UEI#, Cage Code Point of Contact name, phone number, and email address NAICS Code 325412 and Small Business Size Standard 1,250 employees Statement of Capability that demonstrates the offeror's past performance in providing this type of supplies. No submissions will be accepted after this date and time. This is a Sources Sought Notice and submissions will be used for informational and planning purposes only.
