Electronic Submissions is the preferred method: Quoters shall email their quotes to mariah.montalvo@va.gov and must have the solicitation number indicated in the Subject line. Files must be readable using Microsoft Office 2007 or later: Word Document (Doc or Docx) and Excel. Files in Adobe* PDF Files – when scanning documents, scanner resolution should be set at least 200 dots per inch (dpi). Zipped files are not acceptable. (2) Follow the quote preparation instructions as given in the solicitation and prepare your response by providing the requirement and supporting documents. Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov and have a DUNS number. (Duns & Bradstreet) Service Disabled Veteran Owned and Veteran Owned Small Business must be registered with VETBIZ (http://vip.vetbiz.gov ) (3) Timeliness.
