This is a Sources Sought notice for informational and planning purposes and shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the VA. The purpose of this sources sought is to identify qualified businesses, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business, 8a Small Business and Small Business concerns that are interested in and are capable of performing the work described herein. Future offeror will be required to provide copies of licenses and certifications. Contractor shall have available an adequate supply of contract products to meet the requirements of the VA Medical Center at San Francisco at its distribution points. Routine Orders will be placed each day (Monday through Friday by 4:30PM) for delivery the next business day (Monday through Friday). Contractor shall provide 2 routine deliveries at no charge. Additional orders placed after completion of routine deliveries during normal business hours for same day deliveries must arrive within sixty (60) minutes of order placement. Additional orders placed after normal business hours for same day delivery must arrive within 120 minutes of order placement. All deliveries will be completed prior to dose calibration time. The government intends to award one firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code is 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the corresponding size standard is 1,250 employees.  Interested businesses shall send by email only, the following information: Socio-Economic Category, DUNS number, number of employees, and business capabilities that includes relevant experience.
