The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is performing market researchto identify companies capable providing janitorial services including to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and transportation to successfully perform complete janitorial service and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services for the Eureka Veteran Center. It is anticipated that the period of performance will begin on or around March 6, 2022. The period of performance will consist of a one year base period with a two year option. There is no solicitation document as this time. The NAICS is 561720 with Small Business size of $19.5M million. NOTE: Please ensure that System For Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) indicates this NAICS code if you are interested in the requirement. If interested, please provide the following information. Failure to provide the following information completely and accurately may result in a determination that your company is not a viable source: Name of Company Point of Contact Name, phone number, and email address DUNS number Socio-economic status such as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, VOSB, Women-Owned Small Business, etc. should be included. SDVOSB/VOSB status will be verified using VetBiz. Capability statements that include the following: o Identify geographical areas your company currently services? o Indicate prior experience for same/similar service in the VA system. o Identify generally what administrative resources your organization has in the areas identified. For example, identify offices located in the identified region. o Explain how your organization can rapidly fill the required positions described in the Performance Work Statement. Please provide pricing for market research purposes for the positions described at the various locations. Ensure the pricing information includes the regular hourly rate, overtime rates, and holiday rates.
