The contract will be for a one (1) year base period and four (4) option years. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813910: Business Associations, with a small busines size standard of $8.0M. The FSC/PSC is U005: Education/Training- Tuition/Registration/Membership Fees. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for the California Hospital Association (CHA), and Hospital Council consolidated membership fees to Hospital Council of Northern and Central California Inc, 1215 K STREET STE 730, SACRAMENTO, CA 95814-3946. There are no other source of supply/service that will satisfy agency requirements. Hospital Council of Northern and Central California Inc, 1215 K STREET STE 730, SACRAMENTO, CA 95814-3946 is the only major healthcare association in the state of California and will provide all communication and information with other major health care associations in California. The Hospital Council of Northern and Central California is the only source capable of providing membership for the California Hospital Association (CHA). There are no other company that was identified that can meet this requirement. The VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking to establish the following: VA California Members - BASE YEAR + 4 OPTION YEARS Period of Performance VA Northern California Health Care System: 2022 - BASE YEAR 1 Year VA Northern California Health Care System: 2023-Option Year 1 1 Year VA Northern California Health Care System: 2024-Option Year 2 1 Year VA Northern California Health Care System: 2025-Option Year 3 1 Year VA Northern California Health Care System: 2026-Option Year 4 1 Year Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote (monthly) for the above listed items and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities. The response will be considered by the agency. If you are not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), you must submit an authorized distributor letter signed by the OEM. If you are not the OEM and a small business, you must indicate in your response how you will comply with limitations on subcontracting and/or the non-manufacturer rule. Responses should be submitted to Alex Hernandez at Alex.Hernandez@va.gov no later than February 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM PT to be considered. If no responses are received, the Government will continue with its sole source procurement, and a sole source Request for Quote will be published to contract opportunities in accordance with FAR 5.102.
