The purpose of this Request for Information is to conduct market research. This is not a solicitation, but rather an inquiry. The VA is seeking to procure a heat exchanger for one of the VHA medical centers in northern California. No installation will be required. If your firm can provide the heat exchanger that is described below, please respond by providing a response to this RFI to include product information and pricing via email please include shipping costs in your response.
