VISN 21 – VA Sierra Pacific Network has a requirement for a Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to maintain current immunochemistry patient testing. The contractor agrees to provide a price schedule that shall encompass Cost Per Reportable Results (CPRR) Pricing structures only, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SOW to the Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21), identified as the Government herein. The services and prices are specified in the sections entitled Schedule of Supplies/Services of this contract.
