Upgrade Personnel Access Control System (PACS) Construction Services for Project 662-18-016 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal for the project Upgrade Personnel Access Control System (PACS) . The project will be located at VA San Francisco Health Care System Ft. Miley Campus and six (6) outlying leased sites. This scope includes the replacement of the existing PACS system in parallel with new FIPS 201.1 compliant expandable system, and to construct the infrastructure at sites where no system is in place. The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform demolition, reconfiguration, replacement, installation and commissioning as required by the scope, and the technical specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), and the small business size standard is $22.0M. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 30, 2021.
