Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) MULTIPLE-AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR) SITE VISIT Project Number: 640A0-21-909 Project Title: Replace Deaerator Tank Heater Service Yard VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Menlo Park Campus DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 21 Description: THIS IS A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). Proposals are being requested and shall ONLY be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple Award Construction Contract Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21. A site visit shall be held at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park , California 94025 on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. Specific details on time and location are as follows: Time: 10:00 AM Location: VA Palo Alto Health Care System Menlo Park Campus Bldg. 114 Boiler Plant Menlo Park, CA 94025 Point of Contact: Brian Wheeler, COR 209-321-6844, brian.wheeler@va.gov or Charee Harris, Contracting Officer, 775-788-5511, charee.harris@va.gov. The purpose of the event is to provide industry with information on an opportunity to visit the site of the projects for which proposals shall be solicited. Additionally, these events serve to encourage industry participation and afford potential offerors additional information through a question and answer session prior to proposal submission. Project specifications and drawings shall be incorporated into the TOPR and will be available for all potential offerors and shall be posted electronically through beta.sam.gov. Questions regarding this notice may be submitted via email to the contracting officer as noted above to charee.harris@va.gov. Solicitation specifics shall be posted by 12:00 PM on December16, 2020.
