Consultants, Inc (071196179), 22 Rainbow Trail, Sparta, New Jersey. Under this contract the Contractor will provide eyeglass fabrication for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS) for a period not to exceed 9 months. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is attached. The purpose of this notice is to publicize this contract action. This sole-source action is authorized under 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute). VAAR 819.7007 implements the authority for sole source awards to verified Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the Veterans First Contracting Program. P.D.S. Consultants is a verified SDVOSB. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
