Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to AvMedical. NAICS Code 3393112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the OEM only having one Authorized Distributor. No solicitation will be issued. A determination to not compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
