Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing two Sony PXW-FS72MK2 35mm video cameras and related equipment to the Public Affairs Office, VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System, 5406 El Campo Grande Avenue, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV 89115. Items will be FOB Destination and should be delivered within 30 days ARO. Vendor must be able to provide documentation showing they are an authorized distributor of the items. Required items and quantities: 2 each Sony PXW-FS7MK2 35mm video cameras with 18-110mm zoom lens must be this specific camera to ensure interoperability with editing and footage gathering equipment currently in use. Six (6) each Sony QXD 120GB Memory Cards (QDG120FJ) or equivalent Two (2) IKAN BI-COLOR ALUMINUM ON CAMERA LED LIGHT/REG (OYB120) or equivalent Two (2) MANFROTTO 504X FLUID VID HEAD w/536 CF SL TRIPOD/REG (MVK504XTWNMC) or equivalent Eight (8) MATTHEWS 40" CENTURY STAND HOLLYWOOD/REG (756040) or equivalent Two SENNHEISER MKE 600 SHOTGUN MICROPHONE/REG (505453) or equivalent Two SENNHEISER AVX LAV SET PRO/RECEIVR/BP TRANSM/MKE2/REG (505862) or equivalent One IKAN IB508-V2 3-POINT LIGHT KIT/REG (IB508V2KIT) or equivalent Salient Characteristics: Memory cards must be 120GB, must fit Sony ZQD recording media slots Tripod must have fluid head drag system, carbon fiber legs, capable of 25+ pounds of weight carry Shotgun microphone must be condenser shotgun microphone capable of super-cardioid pickup of audio. Must have option for phantom power and battery operation. Lavalier microphone system must have wireless audio transmission system with integrated antennas, capable of self-selecting noise-free transmission frequencies, USB rechargeable and configured with lavalier microphone. Stand - must have sliding independent top leg adjustment for leveling on uneven terrain, griphead and arm allow mounting and placement of gobos, small reflectors and small light fixtures. Light kit must be battery-operated, bi-color lights capable of casting 2900K-5600K light and come with stands and carrying case.
