The VA Palo Alto Health Care System s planning and development located in Palo Alto, CA intends to issue RFQ 36C26121Q0935 to procure surveillance camera installation services. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 238210. Please see RFQ document 36C26121Q0935 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26121Q0935. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical, past performance, and supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.
