Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing one (1) upgrade unit (Gen 1 to Gen 2 upgrade w/o AC NMC1US1N or equivalent, Johnson & Johnson Neuwave ablation system) for Johnson & Johnson/Ethicon NW microwave ablation system for the VA San Francisco Healthcare System, 4150 Clement, Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. Items will be FOB Destination and should be delivered within 30 days ARO. Vendor must be able to provide documentation showing they are an authorized distributor of the items. Salient characteristics: Microwave Ablation System must have: PR Probes to help protect non-target tissue Multi-Probe Synchrony to reduce risk of incomplete ablations Tissue lock technology to help reduce probe migration Computer controlled system for strong procedure data Ablation confirmation software to confirm the technical success of procedures Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the items listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, DUNS number, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number with the subject line VA San Francisco Ablation System . All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future award. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Contracting Officer by e-mail by July 20, 2021 at 5PM PST. The NAICS Code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The Product Service Code is 6515.
