Network 21 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Aladdin Temp-Rite. NAICS Code 332215, Metal Kitchen Cookware, Utensil, Cutlery, and Flatware (except Precious) Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to no authorized distributors of the equipment needed for this procurement. No solicitation will be issued. A determination to not compete this proposed Delivery Order is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
