This contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b), only one source reasonably available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet the statement of work for the San Francisco Vet Center may give written notice to moneque.rodriguez@va.gov by 3:00PM Hawaii Time on June 18, 2021. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
