PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. The procurement will result in a purchase order for EXTARO 300 ENT Microscope Premium Package, accessories, adaptors and enhancements for use at VA Las Vegas Healthcare System. The solicitation for this action will be posted to Beta.SAM.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. After consideration, the Government will determine whether to proceed with the sole source acquisition. The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 June 2021.
