(ii) Solicitation number 36C26121Q0725 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. (iv) This acquisition is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $22 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package. (vi) The contractor shall provide Surgical Instrument Laser Barcode Etching Services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System in accordance with the Statement of Work that is included in the solicitation package.
