Oncotype DX is the only multigene cancer assay incorporated into three major clinical guidelines as an option for this purpose. Oncotype DX Medical Laboratory Testing Services: Oncotype DX- Breast Oncotype DX- Colon Oncotype DX- Prostate Oncotype DX- Breast DCIS Oncotype DX- DX AR-V7 Period of performance: Base year plus 4 option years from 10/1/2021 to 9/30/2026 Base period: October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 Option Year 1: October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2023 Option Year 2: October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2024 Option Year 3: October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2025 Option Year 4: October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2026
