Services will take place at the San Francisco Medical Center located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. GETINGE INTERNATIONAL MODEL: 1150 EQUIPMENT ID: 324757 GETINGE INTERNATIONAL MODEL: 1522 EQUIPMENT ID: 324758 GETINGE INTERNATIONAL MODEL: TRITON 36 EQUIPMENT ID: 324761 The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from one source. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by June 4, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before June 4, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Vendors must show they are an authorized representative for Getinge USA Sale, LLC., and can provide preventive maintenance inspections and unscheduled maintenance to Getinge Ultrasonic Sinks listed above. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source. The attached MR questionnaire needs to be fully completed, failure to do so will be considered non-responsive.
