Synopsis: The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Government intends to procure Retherm Meal Tray Systems under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for VA Northern California Health Care System for three campuses: Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Livermore. The solicitation will be advertised as full and open (unrestricted). Contractor shall remove the existing Ala Cart Meal Tray System and provide/install a new meal tray system at each location. The project will need to be completed within four months (120 days) after contract award. The applicable NAICS code is 333318, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental. The size standard is 1000 Employees. The PSC is 7320, Kitchen Equipment and Appliances. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21.
