This contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b), only one source reasonably available. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is J065 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
