Synopsis: The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Government intends to procure three (3) Mobile Operating Room (OR) Trailers under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will be advertised as full and open competition with two brand name justifications. Contractor will provide mobile surgical units in a trailer at 40 + in length including transportation to the location and commissioning, setup and training included for the VA Northern California Health Care System. The delivery date of the trailers shall be on or before December 2021. The applicable NAICS code is 321991 Manufactured Home (Mobile Home) Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,000 employees. The FSC is 2330 Trailers. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about May 4, 2021 and will be posted on beta.SAM.gov. This date is subject to change. Hard copy documents will not be available all documents for quoting purposes will be posted at this website for download.
