Under Statutory Authority U.S.C. 253(c)(1) the Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement negotiations with Beckman Coulter, Inc. to provide transportation, reinstallation, and calibration for two (2) Beckman Coulter DxC600i Analyzers. The Beckman Coulter DxC600i Analyzers will be transported from Redding Outpatient Clinic at 351 Hartnell Ave, Redding, CA 96002, to the new Redding Outpatient Clinic at 3455 Knighton Rd, Redding CA 96002. The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from one source. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by April 23, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before April 23, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Vendors must show they are an authorized representative for Beckman Coulter, Inc., and can provide transportation, reinstallation, and calibration for Beckman Coulter Analyzers. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source. The attached MR questionnaire needs to be fully completed, failure to do so will be considered non-responsive.
