This solicitation will be set aside to Small Businesses only. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM) and Vetbiz.gov (if applicable). This solicitation will allow for vendors to offer EQUAL products only if they match the required salient characteristics. All items shall be new, and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Duns Number, VIP Verification, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead (if applicable), and a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 321920 (Wood Container and Pallet Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about April 01, 2021 and will be distributed solely through the SAMs website (www.beta.SAM.gov). The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about April 06, 2021, with responses due to Wayne Caudill at Wayne.Caudill@va.gov no later than 12:00PM Honolulu time.
