Under Statutory Authority U.S.C. 253(c)(1) the Government anticipates entering into a sole source procurement negotiations with V5 Systems, Inc. to provide a cloud server used to store security footage, gunshot detection, and monitor overall platform health and power monitoring for the existing V5 Systems cameras and equipment located at the following Department of Veterans Affairs Out Patient Clinics: McClellan Out Patient Clinic 5342 Dudley Blvd. McClellan Park, CA 95652 McClellan Out Patient Clinic 3401 Beech St McClellan Park, CA 95652 McClellan Out Patient Clinic 5440 Dudley Blvd McClellan Park, CA 95652 Yuba City Out Patient Clinic 425 Plumas Blvd Yuba City, CA 95991 The above authority is cited and justification made based on the determination that the Government's minimum needs can best be satisfied by services available from one source. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by March 31, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before March 31, 2021, 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Vendors must show they are an authorized representative for V5 Systems, Inc., and can provide a cloud server used to store security footage, gunshot detection, and monitor overall platform health and power monitoring for the existing V5 Systems cameras and equipment. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source. The attached MR questionnaire needs to be fully completed, failure to do so will be considered non-responsive.
