The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with STRYKER CORPORATION for the preventative maintenance and repair of VA-owned patient beds. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide a certified and trained in Stryker equipment technician and can provide past performance information reflecting that they have performed maintenance on this specific brand name equipment. A copy of certification showing that your company has been authorized by Stryker Corporation to work on its equipment is required. Responses must be received no later than 07:00am HST on 04/21/2020.
