The VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) has an immediate need for an attorney for a full range of legal representation and services to represent VANCHCS psychiatrists seeking to certify veteran conservatees at Medication Capacity Hearings, also called Riese Hearings. The contractor will provide attorneys for Riese Hearings and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) hearings. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project. All request for information must be submitted no later than 3 days prior to quote due date.
