This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 6.302-1. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement by January 18, 2021, 3:00 PM (PST). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interest received on or before January 18, 2021, 3:00 PM (PST) will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Service providers must show they are an authorized representative for Innovative Product Achievements and are authorized to perform maintenance services on the equipment specified above. Failure to provide this information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered a viable source. The attached MR questionnaire needs to be fully completed, failure to do so will be considered non-responsive.
